Although it has been developed for industrial use, this machine also offers, thanks to its mechanical characteristics, the possibility of being used with great ease in bakeries where very diversified works are carried out, therefore this machine replaces, with remarkable advantages, the conventional beaters, when high-capacity beaters are required.
HERMETICALLY SEALED, it enables you to fill the bowl to its capacity and to add air to beating process, as required, obtaining thus a higher output of the production process. Among the main products that can be prepared are semi hard doughs and mixtures, such as sponge cake, plum cake, teacakes and scones, in general, all the pastries that are prepared with a planetary beater.
THIS MODEL incorporates the elements of command necessary to arrange in series. With digital panel and memory for recipes, both in the different phases of elaboration, for feeding the ingredients in the quantities required by each beating process. This machine is manufactured in each case adapting it to the customer’s needs.
